About LiteHouse
LiteHouse audits your website from the server every day at 04:00 IST and lists what it finds, with a severity for each (critical, high, medium or low). It does not start a scan when you install it, and it never changes your server by itself.
What it does
- Daily audit at 04:00 IST, or on demand with Run now from the dashboard
- Findings with severity, a graph and history
- Each finding comes with a command you can paste as root to fix it
- Reports you can e-mail from the dashboard
What it does not do
- It does not apply any change by itself
- It does not replace a security scanner
Schedule: Every day at 04:00 IST, plus Run now
How it updates
The agent can update itself on request and also checks during its daily run.
sudo litehouse --updateLiteHouse version history
- v1.1.0Improved
Every finding comes with a solve command
Each finding now includes a command you can paste as root to fix it. LiteHouse still never applies a change itself.
Released at 12:00 IST.
What changed
- A paste-as-root solve command for every finding
- LiteHouse still only reports and never changes the server
How it affects you
- Faster fixes, and you stay in control of what runs
What to do. Nothing to do if your agent updates itself, or run sudo litehouse --update.
