By creating an account or paying for a plan on rootmanage.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Services

We provide remote managed server support (monitoring, patching, tickets, emergency response) as described on the pricing page. We do not sell physical goods. Delivery is digital: access in your dashboard and engineer work on servers you authorize.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for credentials and for lawful use of servers you add to the platform.

Fees and taxes

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is due at checkout via Razorpay. GST, if applicable, will appear on the invoice. Recurring plans renew until cancelled from your billing page or by writing to support.

Acceptable use

You must not use our support to attack others, host illegal content, or violate applicable law. We may suspend service for abuse or non-payment.

Liability

We provide support on a commercially reasonable basis with the stated response SLA. We are not liable for indirect losses, data loss on unmanaged backups you did not purchase, or outages caused by your hosting provider.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in India.
