A migration should be boring. These rules are why.
Before anything is moved we take a full copy of the site and its data, and check that the copy can be restored.
We copy. We do not delete or change anything at the old host, so it keeps working while we build the new one.
We open the new copy on a private address and test pages, forms, logins, payments and email before any visitor sees it.
Visitors move to the new server only when you say so, at a time that suits your traffic. The switch is a DNS change, not a rebuild.
The old server stays untouched until you confirm. If something is wrong, DNS points back to it and your site is as before.
We ask for a temporary account or key with only the access the move needs. You remove it when we are done.
Send the address of the site or server, where it is hosted now, and what must not break, for example a shop or mail.
We check the apps, versions, databases, mail and DNS, then send you a plain-language plan with the steps and the switch time.
We set up the new server, install what the app needs and copy the data.
You and we check the new copy together. Anything that differs from the old site is fixed before the switch.

For a one-off move, or a move on another plan, we give you a fixed quote after we look at what you run. Prices are in rupees, GST is added, and you agree to the price before we start.

The old site keeps running while we build and test the new one, and visitors switch over with a DNS change at a time you choose. For shops and apps with live data we do a final sync at the switch, and we tell you in the plan if a short pause is needed.

Usually not. We only need access to your site files and database, or a backup you can download. Keep your old plan active until the move is finished and checked, because it is your safety net.
No. We copy your data and leave the old server as it is. Cancel the old plan yourself after you are happy with the new one.
The domain name, where the site is hosted today, a temporary login or backup, and the time that suits you for the switch. If you use email on the same domain, tell us, so we plan it too.
We list your mailboxes and DNS records first and plan the move so that mail keeps arriving. Mailbox contents can be copied over, and we test sending and receiving before the switch.
