RootManage ("we", "us") operates rootmanage.com. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website and managed server services.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, company, password (stored hashed by our auth provider).
• Server details you provide: IP addresses, OS type, ticket messages.
• Billing: invoices, amounts in INR, Razorpay payment IDs. We do not store your full card or UPI PIN.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs for security.

How we use data

To create your account, deliver managed support, send invoices, process refunds, prevent fraud, and meet Indian law (including GST records where applicable).

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay may collect card, UPI, or netbanking details on their secure checkout. See Razorpay's privacy policy for their processing.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email, Razorpay) only as needed to run the service, or if required by law.

Retention & your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing adzcityinfo@gmail.com, subject to legal retention of invoices.
