RootManage Guard

A fifth Linux agent. It hardens this server against connection floods and lets you block IPs from the portal. It does not replace Server Health, Backup, Metrics, or LiteHouse. It cannot stop a flood that already fills the datacenter pipe.

What it does

  • Every minute: incoming/outgoing traffic, SYN queue, connections, drops.
  • Kernel SYN cookies plus a dedicated firewall chain (nftables or iptables).
  • Per-IP rate limit on new 80/443 connections where the OS supports it.
  • Dashboard → Guard: abnormal flag, top talkers, Block / Unblock.
  • Low CPU: nice 19, 8% CPU quota, idle I/O.

Install / uninstall (this agent only)

Sign in → Guard → Show Guard install line. Then pick OS.

Easy install

1. Pick one agent

Six separate programs. Installing one does not replace another. Each has its own uninstall line. Screenshot walkthrough. Sign in with an Active plan to see your live key, or copy it from the dashboard.

2. Pick your OS / panel

Only one OS at a time. Commands below are for Guard only.
